THE UNSEEN - The anger and the truth (BYO Records 2001) This American bands music is delivered to you like a smash in your face that leaves you with a broken jaw. 12 songs cd, fast, hard and with truckloads of attitude, enjoyable, hysterical vocals and songs, this is as punk as it can get. Without hc influences this is just pure rawpunk. Sometimes reminds me of earlier Exploited (the way Exploited sounded before the start experimenting with metal ). "Give in to hate" an bloody arse kicking song, it is that simple. Great refrain and a cool finish. "Where have you gone" heavy intro, the song explodes to a fast, bad ass punksong. "No evacuation" this must be one of the best punksongs lately, purely full of the best from the 80:s punk.
