SLUMLORDS - Slumlords (I scream rec 2004) Their first full length cd with17 songs from this Baltimore band. I would like to call this old school Hardcore, but with some metal influences. Sometimes it seems to go to slow to be called hardcore but it is anyway heavy and good songs with an vocalist who sounds aggressive enough and beerchorals. The generally feeling of this is old school, but suddenly it walks over to Oi! Type of music in some songs. "Time to drink" has got all you possible could want from a hardcore song, fast rough parts and slower heavy ones and all served with a spoonful of aggressions. "Walkin the dog" are cool as I don't know what, not a so fast song with more of a Rock`n`Roll feeling and nice choral singing. "Trust fund Oi boy" I would not like to call this hardcore, this is more of a classical Oi! Song.
